reinstated and the former will ride in the Burns Handicap on Saturday Taylor was set down for a bad ride on Major Cook The case of Harry Wise was reopened and a number of witnesses were examined including Goodin Godwin who engineered the ranging The latter strenuously asserts that Wise was aii ii in ¬ nocent docent victim and that he substituted the mare on his responsibility There are several more witnesses to be examined before the Board will reach a decision The following are amendments to the Rules of Racing to be presented at the next regular monthly meeting of the Jockey Club ClubRule Curled Rule 151 By the addition of the following as the first paragraph No exercise riders grooms or other employes employees in a racing stable shall be allowed on the grounds of any association whose race meetings are held under these rules until they have ob ¬ tained stained a license from the stewards of the Jockey Club Such license shall be good until revoked or suspended by the stewards of the Jockey Club and no fee shall be charged for it itRule true Rule 152 By striking out of the first para ¬ graph and substituting the following No owner or trainer shall engage any such person who has not obtained a license and whp whap has not a written discharge from his last employer employerOriginal employer Original paragraph read as follows No owner or trainer shall engage
