New Orleans, La., Feb. 10.— The stewards this afternoon handed in the result of their investigations of the Tom Collins and Bush Fields races. Jockey Foucon, who rode Rush Fields January 30. is ruled off the turf, and W. Wood, who rode Tern Collins February 6, is suspended indefinitely. The owner of Hilliard was fined $50 for sending his horse to the post without his having been schooled to the barrier. SARATOGA STAKES.
