guests The meeting was to be held on Thursday and Friday but the official train the officers and most of the dele gates came in Wednesday afternoon Richmond band arrived on the eleven oclock train Wednesday and met the old soldiers at the depot They were escorted to the Garrard hotel where previous arrangements had been made to entertain them and also rooms engaged for headquarters The
