be left in the pockets of the American farmers of this country the neat sum of at least 18000000 This isn yearly contribution and is paid by the farmers The tariff excludes competition and importation There has not been a dollar re- ceivedi by the Government from the tariff on agricultural implements in the last eight years The trust controls the entire mar ket and his lessened the number of
