and others against the Central Ken ti Kentucky Natural Gas Co affirmed the decision of the Men efee Circuit Court John W Mc Kinney now deceased and the heirs of D R McKinney and W E McKinnoy yenrs ago acquired mineral leases on the land where the famous gas wells of the de fendant company are now located and they sued for their title rights claiming that tire subse quent leases to the gas company public herring by the United States Department of Agricul ture in November 1008 it was the unanimous opinion of the Secretary of Agriculture and the Board of Food and Drug Inspec tion that flour bleached with ni trogen peroxide is an adulterat ed product under the Foods and Drugs Act of June 80 1000 As oxides of nitrogen are retained in the flour by this pro cess of bleaching flour so bleached is an adulterated product un der Paragraph 6 of Section 4 of the Kentucky Food and Drug Law in that it contains added poisonous ingredient which may render such article injurious to health
