it would have insured the erection of buildings which are almost absolutely necessary at no distant day There never was a Legislature whose work gave entire satisfaction and the one just de ¬ ceased probably accomplished more good work in shorter time that most of its predecessors Better than this however is the absence of that use ¬ less legislation which merely cum- ¬ bers tho Statute Books and
