have an election called by JleI board of tovn ttrustees for the purpose of submitting to the people the question of whether or not the town shall issue bonds to tie Imount of 500 for the purpose of raisins the money to appropriate 7500 towards the building of lv water works and electric light plant the balance jof SI000 to be paid iin cash by i the town If the appropriation carries the bonds zfre to be is sued and sold and the money ap plied towards the construction ofa resevoir for the water works which will be the first step In the meantime there must be s raised uy private subscription too stock in the company 85 000 When tliis stock shall have been subscribed the company is to ob tain the 7500 interest of the j town in the plant and pay the lown therefor 7500 in second mortgage
