those nights if it be cloudy The 35 electric arcs will burn during the same time as the gas that is ova night except the two nights of ft moon For tbis new allnight everynight ice the city is to pay an increase of 5 for each arc light and 10 for each gas lamp an increase of 175 per year for the arc lighting and 1110 per year for the gas lighting a total ito crease of 1285 per year or a grand fur
