and his friends claim that be got a majority of tho best votes cast as he defeated both his opponents at the poll where the least colored vote Is cast and other races being closely watched they claim that enough of his friends forgot that raco to over come Shugare majority of 38 Thus handicapped and in a town where colored voters hold the balance of power his friends are proud of his race and he
