with only about onetenth the ponulation and about onetwentieth the wealth pays onehalf as much on diamonds as Jefferson county and Ill bet that I Louisvilleemore than are owned in the irleof Clark county said John Garner of Win- Chester a member of the Board of Equalization who was explaining why Jefferson countys assessment had been raised tentatively The de posits in the banks in Louisville
